Hey everybody,
is there any way to mirror my iPhone 4S screen to PC without lag?
I want to play game like Modern Combat or Real Racing and see the screen on my PC.

the only thing there for this sole purpose is AirParrot. It's gonna be laggy though (from my experience) but will function similar to Apple TV. Fortunately, there's a free to try version.

I'm not sure I really understand this, you can find as good as games or better that actually have graphics built for larger screens, pretty much anything you're using to mirror the display is going to cause lag, especially for game.

And how about those cables (30pin to HDMI adapter or AV Composite Cable)?
Do they always show your iPhone screen or they work just with certain apps?

you can get cables (you'll need some pretty expensive connectors to connect your iPhone to your HDTV), but yes, it will be a lag free experience. Or a way more lag free experience compared to Mirroring. Now worth the hassles though.

Get a console for games :)
