Hey guys and Gals,

I wanted to hook up a 2nd monitor to add space on my desktop (I believe it's called Mirroring"

I own a GeForce 2 MX (AGP) card
running a 17" Studio Display.

I checked the Apple System Profile and it says under AGP/PCI cards --> Display:
Display:

Resolution: 1024 x 768 @ 99 Hz
Depth: 32-bit Color
Mirror: Off
Online: Yes
Main Display: Yes

Can I turn the Mirror option on? Or do I need to get a new graphics card?

Mirroring displays the same info on the 2nd display.

Spanning uses the 2nd monitor as an extended desktop.

Not all machines are capable of this and Apple has even disabled this feature on some of the iBooks, even though the GPU and chipset may be capable.

System Preferences and click Displays then click the Arrange tab.

oh ok cool sorry for screwing up the terms. Um i dont see an arrange tab :( Does that mean I don't have the capability to extend my desktop? What do I need so I can?
