Mis alignment on metal band? + chip?

Hi all,

My launch day one has been in a case since day one and when I took it off today for inspection it seems to have picked up a light chip on the top left and down on the top right, very close to the screen, do you think I should take it back and ask for a new one?

On another note also, I noticed the metal frame is slightly mis aligned, see picture this is below the sleep/wake button you can see "under" it

You wont get it replaced for the chip, but if the mis aligned metal or whatever is that severe then you can get it replaced for that

There was one tiny mark but it was more like a dry water spot that wont come off rather than a chip on another part of the phone.

see pic for the bent bit, it was taken on iPhone 4 so the quality isn't great
