My setup is here; Mac Pro 4,1/5,1 running open core 10.14.6

I have answered some of these, but please verify the answers I have found:

1. After NVRAM Reset (Windows froze at Boot Logo), systems boot straight to Windows (SATA Disk 1) rather than Opencore macOS (PCIe NVME Disk): I need to boot into Recovery Mode and Bless the Opencore Disk again
2. Only 1 CPU is shown in Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro/Enterprise is required. I have Windows 10 Education, is this not good enough?
3. CPU shows 2 speeds in Windows (normally suggesting it is down clocked), the base speed is listed as 3.59GHz and the actual speed 3.47GHz. Additionally, macOS shows 3.45GHz. Why all the variance?
4. Flashed Titan Ridge TB3 Card still needs driver in Windows; installing the normal driver caused a crash (as expected). Have not actually tried to USE the card as is in Windows; What to do?
5. I am currently routing my Vega 64 DisplayPort into the DisplayPort in on the Titan Ridge TB3 card, then using the DisplayPort out to go to my Monitor. It's my understanding that this is only necessary to use Thunderbolt Displays; is there any benefit to doing this without a Thunderbolt Display? Will picture appear sooner after boot if I go straight from the GPU?

Thank you!
