Mishmash crash

Just happened for the first time; 2020 MBP running Ventura. All I was doing was changing the system color theme. Hard shutdown, booted up OK. Ran diagnostics, negative.

I don't seem to have the issue; I can change the system theme from light to dark, change the wallpaper, and change the accent color, all without issue.

well, that's fine; it's the first time it's ever occurred for me, tho research shows it's rather common.
