Interested to know if anyone has seen (and hopefully resolved) this frustrating aspect of latest version of Excel on Mac (v15.16).
If you select a cell in Excel, then click in the formula bar to edit the formula related to that cell, the position of the editing cursor is "off" by approx 1/2 a character. The end result is that if you try to insert or delete at that point you will almost certainly change the wrong character in your formula. It makes editing really hit or miss and is incredibly frustrating.
Has anyone else seen the same behavior?
