misplaced menus after exiting full screen apps?

after i exit out of any full screen application that changes the resolution, my right hand drop down menus are misplaced (see screen cap: http://i10.tinypic.com/8btmwsl.jpg).

is there an easy way to fix this? i know it isn't very important, but still a little annoying.

oh and yes, i am running leopard.

Don't worry it's a Leopard bug. Lots have people have experienced this. A restart will temporarily fix it until Apple comes up with a permanent one in a point update.
