Missed call icon won't go away...

I am on iPhone four 4.3.3, my phone shows I have a missed call in the top right, it's a red phone symbol.

To my knowledge the only thing I have Installed that would put a notification there is bite SMS since it will show a text message alert up in the status bar.

Things I have tried to get rid of it...

Respring
Hard restart
Re download Bite SMS
Re downloading most recent download from Cydia (absoulute transparency) gets rid of all the lock screen stuff, keeping clock and slider.
Clearing all my missed calls

So what is next I can't seem to find the issue, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It might sound like a joke, but one time, I had the same issue and I called voicemail and clean my messages and it fixed it. Good luck pal!

do you have any call blocker apps?

is it a voicemail?
