Missing App Icons

I'm hoping someone has had this before and can tell me how to fix it as I have tried searching for a solution with no resolution.

For some reason the bottom row of icons (phone, music, etc.) are gone. They are still there but have been moved up to the top on a regular screen. I have not been able to find an option to restore it. Is there just something I'm missing somewhere?

I have an non-jailbroken iPhone 4 w/ iOS 5. Thanks.

Press and hold one, until they all start to jiggle, then drag them back to where you want them. Home button press stops the jiggling and returns to normal mode.
