Missing app on iPad

I tried to move an app out of a folder and it seems to have disappeared. It shows as OPEN in App Store purchases. I have been through the other folders but no luck. Can I download it again? Thanks

Try resting the home screen layout in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. That should work.

No problem! I like to use this option to keep my apps in alphabetical order.

Edit: I have had this problem before.
