I seem to have lost some of the standard wallpapers that come on macs(the defualt "swirl type"). When I go into preferences and desktop settings the folder is no longer there, and I can't seem to find them anywhere. Anyone have any idea where to look for them?

i don't really no but heres the wallpaper

thanks for the reply. Yeah I lost the entire folder of that style of wallpapers. Anyone know where i can find it in finder, or searching with spotlight what to look for.

They're normally under Macintosh HD/Library/Desktop Pictures - if the folder has somehow been accidentally moved, try searching for Aqua Blue which should bring up a few hits to point you at wherever they're currently hiding.

i think its probably lost but maybe if someone told you the name of one of the pictures you could search it on spotlight
