Apps Missing apps in the Watch Notification screen

Hi all,

My wife upgraded from an iPhone 5s to a 6s and in result had to re-pair the watch to the new phone. Only weird thing is that the notification page in the watch app is missing apps but the notifications are still registered. Anyone seen this, or an easy way to fix this? I don't want to have to reinstall every app. See screenshot below
