Missing Artwork on Albums

This is probably more of an Itunes issue as the last few versions have been buggy messes, but I'm syncing my Iphone from the latest Mac Version, and Albums are missing Artwork that has it in Itunes, whats up

some artwork can't be found, on them albums i usually google image the album (save it) and manually put it into your library (via get info on the album in your library)

I usually google the image 600x600 if possible and put it in using pasting it into get info and the area for artwork

Mine did this, I found the only solution was to backup+restore my iPhone and then put the songs back on. iTunes doesn't seem to properly update the metadata of the songs every time I sync my device

My iPad is doing the same thing, some albums have the artwork some don't let me just say I'm having it transcode Lossless to 256AAC
