iPad Pro Missing bookmark bar

just bought new iPad Pro 9.7" and just noticed my bookmark bar in Safari has disappeared. That setting is on when I checked in Settings. Everything else is working fine after set up. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Never mind. Turned off do not track and rebooted and the bar has returned.
