Missing bootcamp

Ok, to start this off I bought a 09 macbook 13" from my cousin. Obviously he deleted all his personal stuff before he gave it to me, unfortunately he also deleted bootcamp. If I hold down the alt key during start up it will still give me the option to start in windows. But it asks for a password and nothing works. I can't find bootcamp assistant in the utilities folder and my cousin lost the mac cd. How can I get it back?
And on a side note, I'm a MET student. Is 4gb of ram enough to run autodesk, and autocad? If not, how much should I get?
