Missing Carrier name and logo

I just jailbreak my iphone(ios4.1), when i was messing around with the carrier name with Extension preference (like MakeItMine) i downloaded in cydia, i cant restore the default carrier anymore. Instead, i have to put' at&t' by myself, and the at&t logo i have installed is gone.
What's happen?i tried to remove/reinstall the software but no help.

Not sure but I just woke up and noticed my phone had a "no service" status up there. I restarted my phone and its back. I just jb'd my phone last night using GP.

You leave the text field blank, press the carrier button and then re-spring the phone.

how did you fix it?

tap on carrier and leave it blank. It goes back to ATT

general>setting> remove all setting ( only setting not data)
