Hello all,

I'm trying to diagnose a problem with a logitech web cam that keeps crashing on my Mac Pro 4,1>5,1, which is running 10.15.6. I reported the problems to Logitech, who asked me to send the crash report. When I opened Console, I found that the "Crash Report" field is empty. I looked in /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Logs/CrashReporter, and the only thing it contains is a folder for mobile devices. I looked in /Library/Logs/CrashReporter, and all it contains is a folder for CoreCapture.

I conclude that my Mac Pro is not recording the crash reports. Does everyone concur? If so, how can I fix this?

Thanks!

What I have noticed in macOS Catalina 10.15 is the crash reports seem to disappear after a period of time.
