Missing dictionary?

Hello.
My dictionary on my iPhone 5 seems to be deleted or something because I can't find a definition for a single word. It gives me an option to download a new dictionary, but after it's been downloaded nothing can be defined and it just wants me to download again. I'm jailbroken.


What do you suggest?
