Missing everything after restore...

I installed the App Tapp Installer and then decided to remove it after a few days. When I did this, I picked the "set-up as new phone" option. I am now missing all the pics I took with the camera (all I can see are ithmb files on my hard drive). All my contacts, text messages, etc are all gone as well. Is there any way to get back to this or is it gone?

Probably gone, hence you should have chose the "restore from backup" option.
