Ever since I updated to Venture, when playing a video in QuickTime or inna, I get a blank icon before the title of the file. I didn't have this problem in Monterey. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Ever since I updated to Venture, when playing a video in QuickTime or inna, I get a blank icon before the title of the file. I didn't have this problem in Monterey. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
It seems to do it with every file. I thought maybe it was a problem with inna, so I reinstalled but still the same.
It’s fine in finder, I still get a preview of it

It does it with any media player I use.
Does anyone else have this bug or is it just my copy of MacOS
