I find Live Street View (free) faster scrolling around in Street View than iOS 5 Google Maps once you have it loaded.

Find a destination in iOS 6 maps:

Paste it into Live Street View (free):

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately though, at least on the iPad 3, the Street View can't be viewed in full screen, but only via small pop-up window. Better than nothing I suppose. I sure hope another iOS App will become available ASAP to view Google 'Street View' in full screen mode. Unfortunately the Street View Mode on the Google Maps website:

http://maps.google.com/

requires Adobe Flash, which iOS doesn't support either. :(

Do a search in the AppStore for "Street View", you'll find a few other apps that might be better than this one. None of the free ones are though...
