iPhone missing icons or apps iOS7 iPhone 5

I recently upgraded to iOS7 on my iPhone 5 - I don't have any compass icon/app, and can only get my podcasts on the App Store, but I'd like the podcast icon back on my screen - can anyone help please?

did you Power Off/On or a hard reboot (hold both home and power button til phone turns off then see the apple logo)
