MISSING Images...

A while ago Red Box previews on my Ipad would play the preview, but I could only hear the sound and not the video... So I shrugged it off and figured it would be fixed in a subsequent update of something... Im not using a redbox app, accessing thru safari...

Now the Images in Mail, from redbox, and NOW Youtube are not showing up... Im on IOS 10.0.2... I see where the images should be but thay are empty...

I can still play video in youtube, stuff in CBSN app and other stuff... The same symptoms are on my phone...

Any Clews?
