I'm posting my first response on these forums, because I'm a little unsure what to do and where to go to fix my problem. I went through technical support and somehow my keychain, I guess you could say application (I'm new to Apple) has gone missing, its not in sight in my finder or spotlight and it keeps saying my pages have no certification. Next, when I use the software update, it loads up and for the Thunderbolt download it says "Thunderbolt Firmwire Update" can't be saved, which closes out of the updater. I'm not really sure.
I was thinking about restarting my computer to factory grade, but if there was a way I could fix these problems without restarting everything from the beginning, that would be great, I'm just not sure where to go and do.
