Missing movie purchase

So I deleted a download of a movie in the TV app because the movie cover didn't download properly.

When I "removed the download" the movie disappeared entirely. When I went back to try and download it, it is trying to make me purchase the movie again.

In other words, when I deleted the download it didn't just remove the download so I could stream or re download. It removed it entirely, and when I re search for the movie, its trying to charge me 18 dollars again. I still have the purchase receipt.

How is this resolved?

Try this:
Open the iTunes Store, scroll all the way down and tap on your Apple ID. Than tap 'View Apple ID', scroll down until you see 'Hidden Purchases' and tap that.
