Missing Music App Art

This has been going on for ages. I have tried everything to fix it and gave up. But I thought I'd throw it out here anyway to see if anyone has come up with a solution.

Over half of my music shows the generic mic icon in the main Artists view, even though if I go into each artist every album and every song has artwork. Nothing I have tried resolves it. It's extremely annoying.

Has anyone figured out a solution to this problem?

There is no solution other than Apple fixing it on their end and supplying the photos to all artist profiles or recoding so that a user can manually insert an image. Looks like the artist images are sourced from their profiles on iTunes....if no pic with the profile, no pic in the app. Also, make sure the artist name is spelled correctly and without an inadvertent space at the end, which affects accuracy.
I agree, tho...glaring oversight that has gone unfixed fo too long...
