missing music on iphone 5

i just transferred all my music from my iphone 4 to my 5. if i search for the artist it will show up but when i look for the artist in the artist category its missing. i have about 160 artists and only 35 are showing. anyone know whats wrong? (none of the missing artists are set as compilation)

It may be an error in your iTune/back up...my iPhone 5 manage to get all my songs but some of the song's are missing the artwork...it's allways something
