I have 2014 MacBook Pro running BootCamp and Windows 7. Windows 7 is used primarily. I needed to access the Mac side for first time in close to a year. I choose to restart the computer using OS X. I came upon a 4-digit PIN request. I don't know what it is. Thats ok for now. Eventually I was told the computer was locked out for an hour. I restarted the computer back to Windows by pressing the option key. I entered in my Firmware password and the choose Windows. It came back saying it was missing the operating system.

I waited for over an hour and tried booting to Windows but I receive the same message.

Any suggestions on how I can boot back into Windows is appreciated. I did not make any changes to Windows before I tried to boot to OS X.

If I was to re-install (not delete the Windows partition) OS X would that disturb the Windows Partition? Is it possible reset the 4-digit pin code?

I've pressed command+r upon startup and get asked for the firmware password which I enter correctly but still cannot access the recovery mode.

When I sign onto iCloud.com my laptop is not listed under my devices.

Thank you for looking.
