Missing Phone app Help!

Updated to 4.3.3 and re-jailbroke

Downloaded all the same apps and after respring my phone app disappeared. The icon is enabled according to SBsettings.

I can still access it through spotlight, and it seems to be permanently in the switcher dock.

I have -
SBsettings
Springtomize
Classica 3 icon set
Haptic Pro
TetherMe
My3G
HTC widget
BiteSMS
Any of those causing the problem?

I have no idea how to get it back. I've hard reset, resprung and rebooted. Anyone?

Yep. That was it.

I thought telephony was something completely different.
