Missing Plug-In

For some online games and stuff like that, I get a 'Missing Plug-In' message and I can't do anything. I attached screenshots. Can you please help?

Oh and I just ran software update and everything's up to date.

I'm no expert, but it might be an Active X plugin and I don't think it is supported on the Mac
