Missing Plug-In

Any idea why when I send my Invoices in PDF by MacMail programme, in the 'sent items' sometimes it shows the PDF image in the body of the email and sometimes it doesn't show it but says 'missing plug-in'.

Why on some and not others when they're both created exactly the same way on the MBP in SL?
