iPad Missing refresh webpage arrow on iPad Air iOS 8.1

In a van down by the river
I am running iOS 8.1 on my iPad Air and I don't see the circular arrow to the right of the url address, that allows you to refresh the page. Anyone else have this problem? How do I get it back?

Edited to add: After 3 reboots, it finally came back. Don't know what the problem was.
