Missing Safari setting: "always open in desktop view"

Hi,

I really like iOS 7 but I would also like it if they add the function for safari in the settings: "always open websites in desktop view" so that you dont get the mobile view like some websites do e.g. if you go to the mercedes.de site it opens in the mobile view however the ipad screen is big enough so you never should get the constrained mobile view.
