Missing Send to Photos and AirDrop from right-click menu

I upgraded to 10.11.1 and now I see that I am missing quite a few options from the "send to" or "open with" menu - the list of options that appear when I right click on an item in finder or on the desktop.

I am able to use AirDrop to send things TO my rMBP, but not FROM it to another device.

Does anyone know how to restore those options?
