I checked around on the Microsoft site, as well as the archive of old posts... but to no avail. I some how lost the ability to insert certain symbols in Word (128-159). The symbols have been replaced with a black diamond with a question mark through them. These are the arrows, so it's pretty annoying... anybody have an idea of how I might go about getting them back? One caveat: I installed off of a friend's copy (using one of the 3 legal licenses - don't chastise me too much
