Missing Sync and Palm tungsten T5

Ok i got a T5 and missing sync. I DL'd the palm isync conduit. But i really have NO idea how to use this at all, and its really frustrating. so if anyone out there has gone through this procedure, please can you give me STEP, by STEP instructions on how to make this work. You can assume i'm an idiot, thats fine, all i want is for this to work, because the pple at markspace really don't care.

Any help is appreciated. thanks.
