Missing Sync for Blackberry

I recently got a blackberry and installed the missing sync program. Is there a way to install 3rd party applications within the program? I know the pocketmac program allows for 3rd party applications and was wondering if the missing sync program does.

I'm having the same problem. PocketSync doesn't work, whenever I try to install/uninstall 3rd party software I get a 'device removal' message and it doesn't work.
Neither does OTA.

Any help, please?

Just give in and get VMFusion and WinXP...
