Missing Text Messages from Everyone?

Most of my employees use either BlackBerry or an iPhone. The carrier is either ATT or Verizon. In the last six months we've experienced a great deal of missed text messages from both carriers.

Because this is impacting our business operations, I wanted to ask if anyone else has noticed this issue and how/if it was resolved.

Have you complained to the carrier? On the iPhone, try doing a network reset, this won't delete anything but you'll have to put your wifi password in again. Go to settings > general> reset > reset network settings.

Other than that, I can't think of much.
