missing things

I updated my iPhone 4 to 4.3.1 and jailbroke with redsnow. I am missing saurik's source and some things I try to load don't show up like iFile, and a few others that wouldn't show up when I searched them, but was able to download them.
Any ideas how to add Saurk's source and iFile?
