Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, but I am having a problem with my iPad, as seen in the title of this post. I cannot set my side switch to lock orientation because this setting is missing! I am not sure whether it is because of an installed application, and if ever it is due to that, I do not know what application may have caused it! I don't want to end up restoring my iPad and lose my stuff in it. I will attach a picture for better understanding of what I mean.

Then try uninstalling the JB tweaks you installed right before this happened. Some of those tweaks mess up Settings in the way you describe. I can't remember which one(s) did this, it's been a while since it happened to me, if you can't figure it out, try asking in the iPhones hacks forum, there are more people there, and this issue happens on ones, too.
 
I tried removing the tweaks and whats left are those "essential upgrades" already and I am not sure what might happen if I try removing those
