Missing video, any suggestions where to look?

i saved on my cellphone a video with a new folder called "vodka", ive been trying to see the video but its gone. I can still see that folder has one thing on it but does not show anything, looked in my garbage storage iphone but is also not there.

any suggestions
english is my second language.
ios 14.4.2
