Missing voice memo

Hi,

For some reason I can't access a voice memo on my phone. It's listed as being there but it won't play.
Is there anyway I can access it? The phone hasn't been backed up since I made the recording.

It's "New Recording 7" as shown on the picture.

I have a similar problem. The voice memo is listed, but when I hit the "Play" triangle it does nothing.
