Missing wallpaper

When I setup my new iPhone 4 I set it to restore from my previous iPhone's (3G) backup. Now my new iPhone doesn't have any of the new wallpaper.

Any reason for this? Is it just b/c I restored from backup? Where can I find the default wallpapers?

I noticed the new papers gone from my photo albums and camera roll. HOWEVER.. whenI went to change the background there was a 'wallpaper' album option that had the missing items. This is probably covered elsewhere but I'll keep looking.
