Missing web icon shortcuts on dock with SL

I have a folder on my dock with all of my web shortcuts in them. Since I installed Snow Leopard, most of the icons dont show the logo (MacRumours icon logo was replaced with a little page that says WEB).If the dock folder is opened in Finder, all everything is fine. Any ideas ? MC
