Mission Control/Dash Board are freeze then cause logout at OS X 10.9.2 (13C64)

i cannot use my mission control, laging and freeze, then cuase the system logout. It is same as my DashBoard.
Additional problem is there a lot weird pixel (dot or spot) on my picture when i preview the picture. Please see the attachment file.
I had try reset SMC and PRAM, but the probelm still exist.
Plese help...
