Mission Control Lag

I noticed lag in Mission Control using my integrated graphics card (Intel GMA X3100, Macbook Early 2008). It's the same lag as Snow Leopard. Not present in 10.4 and 10.5.

Can you guys tell me how they run on different hardware, specially in the latest 13' MBA (Nvidia 9400)? What about running an external display?
