This is kind of an anal type bug so to speak. When turning Mission Control on with the scroll ball click on the mouse, if you click in a window with the scroll ball again it makes that window active and brings it to the forefront. However, if you use the main part of the mouse without the scroll ball, sometimes it activates the window, but other times it gets stuck and won't make the window active. That's saying you're clicking in the window in the same spot, but if you click anywhere else it brings the window forward. Just pointing it out. Is this a small bug? Anyone have some ideas?

Never noticed this, but I usually don't release the button. I.e. press Mission Control button and hold it, move cursor to the window, and then release button.
