Hi All,
Wow, the mission control concept really looks useful 😀
Some questions, hope you can advise, before I sink any time into creating some virtual desktops.
Q1) Does the Macbook remember desktops created for disconnected monitor?
- I.e. Are these "Profiles" lost, when disconnect laptop?! (Just checking)
- I.e. So, when I connect the macbook back to the external monitor, do all the desktops created for the larger monitor come back?
Q2) In stand alone laptop mode, does the Mission control only show the Laptop screen specific desktops created?
- I.e. Does it still show all the created desktops? (Even if some of them would be rubbish for a tiny laptop screen)
Q3) In stand alone laptop mode, is it best to create more space efficient desktop versions? (with hidden Docks and menus etc.)
Q4)
Running the same apps in different desktops, does this cause issues?
Will it still be an issue if I always save work, before changing desktop?
- I.e. I can imagine wanting to use the same apps in different desktops, for reference work etc.
Hope you can advise with any of the above.
Many thanks for any feedback
Regards
Martin
