Mission Control Wack w/ Dock Pinned To Left

Well since I have a macbook air 11, I don't have much vertical space to work with, so I place my dock onto the left to maximize, well space.

But I notice with Mission Control in Lion windows are not spaced out well. For example:

But then sometimes, it's bearable. It's quite irritating.
 
yeah that does look pretty bad. I hope they address that in future updates cause that would definitely bother me
 
Worst part is that it's behaves normally when the dock is pinned to the bottom. Sorta screwy, if you ask me. Apple acting like people only pin their dock to the bottom...
