Mistake deleted wrong Parallels Windows side

Hi all,

I re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate via Parallels 8 this other day due to lot of rubbish on the previous one. Now i realized I need files from the old one but I've deleted it and empty it from Trash can, i guess there is no way to get it back even if I have CCC or Time Machine way?

If you have it on an external drive, by way of CCC or Time Machine, just copy the VM back to your internal drive or am I misunderstanding your post?

I have it on my external drive. I think i'll find out tonight.
